I am trying to troubleshoot my coworker's Snagit that just randomly stopped functioning. Yesterday she was using the app frequently all morning without issue and she walked away for 15 minutes and came back and it no longer worked. Clicking the capture button does nothing, except it will show the timer if that setting is enabled. This is the same for both images and video capture and I have tried all selection modes.
She is using Snagit 2022 and has only had it for about 2-3 weeks now.
Snagit says it is up to date, 2022.1.1. We tried restarting the Macbook. I tried updating the Macbook to the latest version of Monterey 12.4. I have reinstalled it twice, including using AppCleaner to uninstall everything. I have disabled and re enabled the accessibility and screen recording settings for both Snagit and Snagit helper multiple times.
