Error Message when sending Screenshot to Office Applications

Hello,
we have problems with our installation. When we want to send a screenshot still for example word, an error message appears. But the screenshot is passed to Word.

How can we fix this problem?

we have installed snagit version 22.0.2 over msi-file and mst.
