Video Recording Not Working

Trying to record a video and the sound is captured perfectly but the video is frozen to the initial screen.  I've tried playing with settings and cannot find a solution.  Anyone have an idea on if this is a bug?  I haven't recorded a video in about 5 months.  Snagging images is perfectly working fine.

  Video doesn't work for me either. It looks upside down and says, "initializing"... the video never loads or plays.

  Same problem, I see the initial screen (Edge browser) for about 5 minutes before it refreshes the video once.  Rebooting my computer doesn't change anything.  I use Camtasia 2019, and I try to capture one monitor.  Sound is perfect though.
