Convert Morae recordings

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before:

I have a bunch of old video data that has been recorded with Morae and is now in .rdg and .r02 formats. These files now need to be converted into actually playable formats, but I haven't been able to find out how yet. I tried to open them in an old version of Morae Manager, but the manager doesn't even allow to select them when opening files. Apparently it only allows .mrp format. I tried to open one of those but that doesn't work either (for more context, the error message with .mrp files is Nr. 46: "Wrong project file version. This project file version is 3.3.0")

How can I convert the .rdg and .r02 files into a playable format? Thanks in advance!
