Camtasia Feature Feedback: March 2022 - May 2022

Here is a list of feature request we gathered from users from March 2022 - May 2022 for Camtasia and whether or not they are planned, potentially planned or not planned. This list is never a guarantee if they will be implemented into the product, but where we stand at the time of this posting. There is also no timeframe given for any of these features.  

• Hotkey for adding an Audio Point: Planned
• Motion Tracking: Potentially Planned
• Background Blur while recording/editing: Planned
• Support .mkv and .webm formats: Potentially Planned
• Allow color code clips or tracks so it's easy to see which tracks are which: Not Planned
• Allow custom cursor to be added to .trec files: Planned
• Better and Improved Color Grading/Correction: Planned
• Bring Drawing tools back to Camtasia Recorder: Potentially Planned
• Camtasia Batch Production - Make it more modern: Planned
• Voice Narration: Add option to pause and resume voice narration: Not Planned
• Allow for 2 cameras to be recorded at once: Not Planned
• Camtasia for Windows: Ability to open 2 projects at once: Potentially Planned
