Add feature to go back to last quiz

I would like to set up a learning video with intermittent fill-in-the-blank quiz questions, then configure each quiz so that, if the student submits a wrong answer, the video restarts just after the previous quiz question. I don't want a student to move on past a quiz question if they submitted a wrong answer.
I've been told (by support) that this feature doesn't yet exist as of 7 October 2022. Quiz answers are permanent once submitted, and they send you a grade report. I don't want to punish students with a grade for submitting a wrong answer, I just want them to be redirected to watch the video segment again if they didn't get it right the first time. I want a way to ensure the student really does watch and pay attention to learning videos... not a way to collect another grade.
