Beach ball on every capture (2023)

After installing SnagIt 2023.0.1, I get a spinning beachball on every capture.  It clears after about 45 seconds, but I did not see this on 2022. OS is 12.6.1.  Privacy permissions are all set.  Any suggestions?

  Hi,

  Sorry about this! We haven't seen any other reports of this happening, so I would open a support ticket and attach a process sample of Snagit and SnagitHelper when it's spinning so we can figure out why that's happening.

  Thanks for the quick response.  I solved it myself (I think).  I uninstalled Snag-it and deleted all the ~/Library files.  Reinstalled and all appears working.  I'd previously uninstalled but not deleted the config files.
