Video recording does not work

Hi, I'm new to Snagit. Everything is ok on my macbook m1 pro except the video recording. It starts and everything seems ok, but when I press stop I cannot find the video anywhere, it doesn't produce any file.

How can I fix this issue? I'm using Mac Os Ventura.

  Hi, I don't know the reason but after rebooting my Mac everything is ok. Thank you.
