Weary of new version installs

Hi SnagIt team,

I love Snagit, but I have grown worn out on always having to install the new "versions" and reset all the application security permissions.

Where you are willing to listen to a regular user like me, I would encourage you guys to consider an improved licensing and application versioning model that doesn't require to do this every year with the new SnagIt 20XX version.

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Hi,

Thank you for this feedback, you're not the only one who is feeling this pain. I will definitely make sure that this feedback is heard, and hopefully we can get something simpler soon.
