Changes to the storage limits?

    Hi Cenay,

    We are actively working on updating Screencast to be more modern. As part of those changes, the limits placed on accounts are changing. Instead of limiting the total number of gigabytes stored, we instead limit the total number of videos uploaded (25 for free, 250 for pro). There is currently no limit to the number of images you can upload, and we are also not limiting bandwidth usage (within reason) for either free or pro accounts.

    The work to bring content over from Screencast Classic is still ongoing, so what you're seeing right now is the result of there being two accounts with their own unique limits. They do not impact each other, and you are welcome to fill both up as much as you would like. When the time comes to migrate content from Classic to the new version (we are aiming to have this available in early 2023), those videos will not count against your limit in the new version.

    It looks like they've changed policy's/downgraded storage from what you're used to.  I looked up the plans offer online and you have to contact them for a better plan/pay more.
