Unable to Cut last frame/s

I just recorded a browser window to demonstrate a problem and was not able to "Cut" the last few seconds which included sensitive information not relevant to the issue.

Even when dragging the red out marker to/past the end of the timeline it would always snap to the last screen with the sensitive info, as though it was saved as a keyframe (but it wasn't clear how to reset/replace that).

This is arguably a security issue because I didn't expect the information to persist and didn't discover it until I tested the YouTube link generated to share with support.

  Hi,

  Sorry about this! What version of Snagit are you running? This sounds similar to something we fixed somewhat recently.

  If you are on the latest, then it might be a rounding error at the end, we couldn't repro with version 2022.2.4, but it may depend on the length and framerate of the video. If that's the case, please open up a support ticket and include a video (maybe without any sensitive info) that exhibits this behavior so we can look into it.
