Print: Paper Size Mismatch

When I print a screenshot directly from Snagit for Mac (macOS Ventura, but also in previous versions), the printer shows a paper size mismatch.

Only if I set the Scale to Fit Paper Size option every time and select A4 as destination paper size it will print the screenshot without any issues, like this:

This seems to me a SnagIt problem, because for every other app I don't need to set anything. 

Does anyone know, how to set that option permanently?
