Recorded system audio is very quiet

I can record the screen using both microphone and system audio, however, the system audio is always very quiet.  I have looked through all the settings and I can't find anywhere to adjust this setting.

  Hi,

  Sorry about this! A couple of questions for you:

  1. is your system volume low? That can affect it.

  2. What version of Snagit are you running?

  3. What version of macOS are you running?
