When I Update mi OS to Monterrey 12.6.5 Snagit don´t work

    If you log into https://myaccount.techsmith.com/MyProducts/Software you can see what version your active key is for.

    I found the archive in the paper bin. The version is 2019.

    It appears Snagit 2019 is not supported on macOS 12 https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/219910027-What-Version-of-macOS-Is-Required-for-TechSmith-Products-. It's odd that it broke so soon though, usually you can get a few good years past the supported OS. What exactly is going wrong?

    Hi, I saw in link in my acount! Version is 2020 but said Snagit is over. I thinked that I woul haved this sofware forever. Is not true ?

    I can open the app but when I cliking in "capture" is here a windows Problem report for SnagitHelper2019 saying that SnagitHelper 2019 unexpectdly quit.

    Hm, if you have a key for 2020 it should work for that version forever. Have you tried entering your key into version 2020? You can download it here https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions
