Can't capture (i am older and brain literally does not work as well - need help)

    Sorry about this! I would first try restarting your computer, and if that doesn't work I would recommend getting in touch with our support team to figure out what's going on here.

    Thank you for taking your time to respond and forgive me for missing the most obvious and universal solution - i need to post a note on my Imac that says "try restart' before asking anybody anything. Appreciate again  your help. Hollis
