Export File (all files, pdf, PNG etc) not working.

    First, ensure that you are running the latest version of Snagit. Check for any available updates within the Snagit application. Similarly, verify if there are any macOS updates available. Keeping both Snagit and your operating system up to date can often resolve compatibility issues.

    Double-check your export settings in Snagit. Make sure you are selecting the correct file format and destination folder. Try exporting to different file formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF) to see if the issue is specific to one format.

    Do you have a little more information on how you're exporting files? Are you trying to share via the share menu, export via drag and drop, or using the batch export window?
