Need to be able to set videos to streaming only

No matter which privacy setting I choose, there is no option to make videos streaming only. Even when the download option is not visible, it is still possible to download a video with a right click  / Save video as ..

Most other video hosting platforms protect your videos - Screencast needs to do this as well
