Question about upload and download

Hallo,

wir testen gerade den Video Review und da haben wir zwei Fragen dazu und hoffen Ihr könntet uns diese beantworten.
1. Wenn der Account auf uns läuft, kann ich eine zusätzliche Person bestimmen, die Videos hochladen darf?
2. Können kommentierte Videos inkl. Kommentare heruntergeladen werden?

We are currently testing the video review and we have two questions about it and hope you could answer them.
1. if the account is in our name, can I appoint an additional person to upload videos?
2. can commented videos including comments be downloaded?

  Hello Sven,

  Thank you for testing out Video Review. To answer your questions:

  1) You cannot appoint an additional person to upload videos. Each person who will be uploading media needs their own account and they will be the owner of their respective videos.

  2) Comments can indeed be downloaded by the user who owns the media. When you view the media in your dashboard you will see an ellipse (...) on the lower right corner of the media card. When you click that you are presented with an option to "Export Comments." This will download a CSV file with all comments made on the media and the associated timecode for each comment.

  I'm concerned about the same thing: can commented videos with comments be downloaded?
