Make video with quiz unskippable

How do I make a video with a quiz unskippable?

If I do not add the quiz, I have the option to disable the video controls which does work but this option is greyed out when I have the quiz function on.

I'd want to make sure my viewers are watching the entire video rather then scrolling through to the quiz portions. 

Please advise on how to do this, thank you

  Hello,

  If you are hosting your video on Screencast.com, you can not currently disable video scrubbing.  Disabling video scrubbing (skipping ahead) is supported when you use Knowmia Pro or you self host your video production using the TechSmith Smart Player.
