Audio track is not saved in mp4 file

Macos: Monterey

Snagit ver: Version 2019.1.12 (94067)

Ser.no: ***** 5635M-MA999

The sound seems to be recorded when I capture video using the microphone on my MacBook Pro (level indicator on microphone symbol works).

But when I play the video in Snagit Editor or QuikTime Player or look at it in iMovie - there is no audiotrack in the file.

Unfortunately Snagit 2019 is not supported on Monterey https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/219910027-What-Version-of-macOS-Is-Required-for-TechSmith-Products-.
