screen capture
some one else posted this same problem. Just installed (for the third or fourth time) new purchase on Mac
2022.1.0 (98107) and checked it is up to date
MAC is MacOS Monteray 12.3.1
First time I mark out an image, when I go to capture it, Snagit says the image is corrupt and can't be captured. If I go back and do again, it works and the first one is also then there. Very annoying.

Are you using a cloud service to store your capture library? If so, you may need to switch it from streaming mode to local mode https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/6325055045645.
