Snagit Not Saving YouTube Account

Every time I finish I screen recording and I click to upload to YouTube I have to perform the login and click on my channel. The software should ask that once and save that information for a while. Used to be like that but now every single time it's asking me to login again and again. How can I solve this?

  Hi,

  It should be saving automatically. When you launch Snagit, do you see any prompts asking to access the keychain? If you deny those, then Snagit can't read your login information from Apple's secure password storage.

  What version of Snagit are you running? I wonder if there's an issue with an older version.
