    Will not be renewing my subscription to Snagit. Every time we update the product, and I mean each and every time, the audio stops working. This gets old very quickly. Not sure why you guys can't test and ensure the product works correctly before releasing it.

    Hi Studio AngelArs,

    So sorry about this, are you referring to microphone audio or system audio? When you say each update breaks it, do you mean major upgrades or minor bugfix updates? We do test our releases, so we'd like to figure out what's going wrong in your case.
