Snagit2018 x

Hi,

I had Snagit2018 license for windows. I now switched to Mac. I installed the Snagit version for Mac which was provided by Snagit support. But now Snagit is unexpectedly quitting and I am unable to capture the image. I tried with Snagit2022 and it works good with trial version. How do I fix Snagit2018 for which I have the license? Help is much appreciated.

  Hi,

  What version of macOS are you running? Snagit 2018 was only supported up through macOS 10.15 so it may not work well on newer OSs. https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/219910027-What-Version-of-macOS-Is-Required-for-TechSmith-Products-

  Mac OS version is 12.3.1. Would you please give me access to Snagit version that will work on my Mac? If that is not possible, would you please let me know the license upgrade process? thank you!
