Purchased Snagit for a Mac a couple of weeks ago. Many issues downloading drivers. Finally got it loaded and no ability to take a screen shot. Have reached out for support several times. Getting the big run around! I’d like to get a credit and be done with this tool and the aggravation it’s caused.

  What happened to this great little tool? Not working now, downloaded versions to correct issue with screen grab, but now super funky, and image doesn't go into editor.

  Hi Judi Rutland,

  What version do you have? We had an issue with 2022.1.1 and capturing that is fixed in 2022.1.2, so that could be what you're running into.
