free works great as soon as I purchased it, it stopped working

I did a free trial and Snagit worked great it was just what I was looking for, however, as soon as I purchased it it stoped working.

The screen side capture now does nothing, when I open it from the applications it tells me to open it from my toolbar and when I open it from the tool bar it brings me to the main window which tells me again to select it from the toolbar.

this is super frustrating

  So sorry about this, this was a bug in 2022.1.1 that has been fixed in 2022.1.2, please let us know if you run into any issues with this update.
