Save new screencasts from Snagit to screencast.com
I need to be able to upload more screencasts made with Snagit to screencast.com as long as I am under the 2gb limit.
I still can't do this despite the fact that I have also purchased yearly maintenance for both Camtasia and Snagit which share the same screencast.com account.
Not only am I still being prompted for another monthly subscription in addition to the maintenance that I am paying for both Snagit and Camtasia, but there is not even an indicator to tell me how close I am to the 2gb limit. I stumbled on something that showed it to me once but I can't find it again.
I also don't see a way to open a support ticket, except through the community center where it just gets politely ignored.
How can I get screencast.com to accept my file reduction and allow me to save my latest screencast.

Hi,
You can view how much storage you are using on Screencast.com by going to https://www.screencast.com/account.aspx. There you'll see a 'Storage Usage' number, in addition to a bar that fills depending on how much is used.
If you're still having trouble uploading to Screencast.com, you may want to try producing the content locally and checking to see how large the file is. It could be that you have some space free on your account, but the file is large enough that it would still exceed your storage limit.
