When trying to playback or view any file on Screencast you see one of the following messages:
Content is unavailable. Please contact the owner for more information.
Solution
This content may have been deleted by the owner, or may have had it's privacy settings changed. You can reach out to the content owner to find out more. TechSmith is not allowed to share the specifics of other user's content, so you'll need to contact them, and if needed, they can contact us.
