Camtasia (Windows): Command line switches and options for automation with Camtasia Recorder

The Camtasia Recorder has the following automation options that can be appended to the command when launching the CamRecorder.exe file.  For example, executing "camrecorder.exe /r" will start the Recorder and automatically start recording, without user interaction. These options may be particularly useful when scripting a recording timeline with a batch file.

These options are documented in the "autocam.bat" file located in the installation direction of Camtasia Studio, but have changed since that file was created.

 Old Command  New Command  Description
/r  /record Starts/resumes recording using the current Recorder settings
 /p  /pause Pause recording
 /s  /stop  Stop recording
 /x  /exit

Causes the running instance of Recorder to exit

Old Commands will not work and have only been noted for reference.
