Solution
Some users have reported that the following solutions have solved the issue.

Deselecting Record from camera under Picture In Picture in the PowerPoint Camtasia Recording Option.

Disable the secondary monitor which was connected to your PC.

Move the PowerPoint file from My Documents to the Desktop folder.
- Make sure the PowerPoint file name does not contain periods or other punctuation.
