Snagit Printer Does Not Work When Used Through Remote Desktop

Problem

When using remote desktop, attempting to print to the Snagit Printer does not do anything. It appears to spool but no image appears in the Editor.

Solution

Currently, the Snagit Printer is not supported in remote desktop environments. We recommend deploying Snagit with the Snagit Printer disabled in these situations. For information on customizing Snagit for your userbase, please see the documentation.
