Enable Scrolling Capture on macOS

Problem

How do I enable Automatic Scrolling.

Solution

Follow the steps below to enable Automatic scrolling capture:

1. Open Snagit, and click the the menu item Snagit > Settings > Capture Tab> Fix Capture Permissions 
2. Under the Scrolling Capture section, click the Enable.
3. In the window that opens click Enable Scrolling Capture.
4. In the window that opens, click Open Settings
5. Approve the permissions in Accessibility for both Snagit and the Snagithelper application
6. You may need to restart Snagit in order to see the changes of the permission status
