Problem
I am having trouble logging into app.screencast.com
Solution
We are changing the way our login System works to make using TechSmith websites a better experience.
In some cases there may be issues for users and we have some basic starting steps to try and get you back up and running:

Try to log in directly on the Screencast website (not from a client). If you cannot login or cannot migrate your account easily, please try to use the “forgot password” workflow and try again, this time using a password that is under 20 characters in length.
Please note: if you received an email from us about having both a Screencast and TechSmith account, you will need to log into Screencast with your original username and password for Screencast.

If the problem was discovered from a client (Snagit, Camtasia Studio, etc), after you complete step 1, please try using that application again and see if it works.

If you still can't log in to your account, if you might possibly have a second TechSmith account please try logging in to the Screencast web site with the second account, and then sign out and try again with the first account.
