Start at Login With Snagit Editor Minimized On macOS

To use the capture tool when logging in but also keeping the Editor minimized, follow the steps below.

1. Click System Settings (Will show as System Preferences on MacOS 12 and earlier).
2. Select Users & Groups > Login Items. Make sure Snagit is not listed there. If it is, remove it.
3. Control-click the Snagit icon on the dock.
4. Select Options and uncheck Open at Login.
   
5. Open Snagit.
6. Select Snagit > Settings (Will show as Preferences on MacOS 12 and earlier).
7. Select Always keep Snagit running in the background.
