Configure Camtasia Recorder to Prompt for File Name

Follow the steps below to change the behavior for Camtasia Editor when a recording is stopped.

Prompt for File Name

  1. Open Camtasia Recorder.
  2. Click Tools > Preferences > Files.
  3. Select Prompt for file name.
  4. Click OK.
