Image Captures Not Showing Original Size in Snagit Editor

Problem

After the capture is taken and opens in the Snagit Editor, it appears blurry and displays a different size.

Solution

By default, the capture will show the full capture in Snagit Editor. For larger captures, such as scrolling captures, the Editor will zoom out to show the full image. To view the capture at its original size:

1. Click View Zoom Options above the tray.
2. Deselect Always Shrink to Fit above the tray. All captures will then be set to their original size.
