This behavior is new to the macOS 15 Sequoia release, and will require the user to acknowledge this permission when it appears. The prompt is due to changes in the latest macOS platform and we currently do not have a way to prevent this message from prompting periodically.
Users will want to click on the option "Allow For One Month" in order to continue capturing with Snagit.
