I need an MP4 file of my Camtasia online project
Solution
It is not possible to directly export to MP4 from Camtasia online. If you need a standalone MP4 file and are a Screencast Pro account holder, then you can download the MP4 from Screencast.com. You will be able to do this by first exporting via the "Get a shareable view link" option in the Export window, then clicking the Download in the More section beneath the video.
If you are a Camtasia Editor account holder then you can export the Camtasia online project to Camtasia Editor and continue editing and/or export to MP4.
