Problem
Receiving an "unsupported render capabilities" error in Camtasia online
Solution
This can happen for a few reasons:
- Your browser's hardware acceleration has been disabled
- Your browser is out of date
- Your video card (GPU) drivers are out of date
- Update nVidia drivers
- Update AMD drivers
- Update Intel drivers
- Virtual cameras like OBS or XSplit VCam can conflict
- Exit your virtual camera utility
Note that browsers that are running in a Virtual Machine (VM) are not supported at this time.
