Problem
Cannot not record screen with Camtasia Editor because it says I need permission to do so even though I have already gave permission.
Solution
- Update macOS to the latest version.
- Open your Applications folder
- Find Camtasia in your Applications folder and move it to the trash
- Empty the trash
- Restart the computer
- Download and install your version of Camtasia Editor from the following link: Desktop Product Download Links
- Open Camtasia Editor and go through the prompts to allow permission to record the screen
