When trying to sign in to Snagit nothing happens.
Please do the following:
- Quit Snagit
- Open your Keychain Access utilities on your Mac (this can be found in your Utilities or searching for Keychain in the spotlight search bar).
- Once in there, search for TechSmith Account - Snagit.
- Right click on TechSmith Account - Snagit and choose Delete.
There may be multiple TechSmith Account - Snagit files based on the version of Snagit. Please delete all of them
- Restart the computer.
- Open Snagit and try signing in again.
