Add the following addresses in your Allow List:

  • my.nalpeiron.com (used for licensing operations like activating, refreshing, and returning a license. It provides our products with info about a user's license and subscription)
  • nsa.nalpeiron.com (licensing related analytics)
  • https://login.techsmith.com (used for login via TechSmith accounts)
  • https://updater.techsmith.com/ (used for updating the software)

  • http://activation.cloud.techsmith.com/ (Used for maintenance and subscription awareness)
  • ssgtm.techsmith.com (GTM analytics)
