Problem

Audiate Experienced an Issue Connecting to the Transcription Service. Parts of the Text Transcription May Be Missing.

Solution

This will appear if Audiate cannot connect to our transcription provider, or if a file is being imported from a network or cloud location. Please ensure that files are being importing from a local file location and that the URLs below are allowed through any firewalls, proxies, VPNs, etc.

If this does not help, please submit a support ticket and include the following logs: 

  1. In Audiate click on the Audiate dropdown in the upper left-hand corner of your screen and select About Audiate
  2. Select Show Audiate Logs
  3. Send all of the log files you see in this folder
