Solution

This will appear if Audiate cannot connect to our transcription provider to download the aligner

Please ensure that the URLs below are allowed through any firewalls, proxies, VPNs, etc.

  1. In Audiate click on the Audiate dropdown in the upper left-hand corner of your screen and select About Audiate
  2. Select Show Audiate Logs
  3. Send all of the log files you see in this folder
