What is ElevenLabs?

Why do some users not have access to ElevenLabs text-to-speech (TTS) voices?
ElevenLabs is committed to protecting against the misuse of their models and products in the creation of audio using AI. As part of this commitment, ElevenLabs does not allow the sale of their services through resellers.
Customers who purchased Camtasia Audiate through a software reseller will not have access to ElevenLabs voices.
All customers have access to the Default Voice collection currently in Audiate, regardless of their access to ElevenLabs (Premium Voices).
Which users do have access to ElevenLabs text-to-speech (TTS) voices?
Eligible subscriptions for this feature include:
- Camtasia Pro
- Camtasia Create
- Standalone Camtasia Audiate
Camtasia Pro and Camtasia Create are Individual auto-renewing subscriptions that must be purchased on our website and can only be used by the purchaser. Standalone Camtasia Audiate can be purchased for one or multiple users, and seats can be assigned with a standalone subscription.
TechSmith can only include the ElevenLabs voices in subscriptions sold directly through the TechSmith online store or purchased directly through TechSmith's Sales Team online.
