Problem
You're running into one of, or a combination of, the following issues with Snagit Library:
- Snagit Library is reporting the wrong dates on captures
- Snagit Library shows broken thumbnail images
- Snagit Library states that it is not compatible / able to read the SnagX file
- Snagit Library is showing the wrong tags, tags are missing or broken
- Snagit file format preview (in Windows File Explorer) is broken
Solution
Storing your Snagit Library on OneDrive is the leading cause of the above behaviors. If you're seeing one of (or a combination of) the above issues then we recommend temporarily moving your Snagit Library off of OneDrive.
