Zoom Integration Issues

Problem

When attempting to import media from Zoom to Camtasia Editor, you are presented with the following message: 

Solution

Head to Zoom’s Cloud Recording settings and enable the setting: 

•  Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately 

   

This ensures that Zoom meetings are recorded as separate streams, allowing each to be individually imported into Rev for customized styling.
