Problem
When using Grab Text the following error appears:
Grab Text Not Supported
Grab Text requires macOS 10.15 or higher.
Solution
This error will occur on macOS 10.14 and earlier when using Snagit 2021.3.0 or later. To continue using Grab Text on macOS 10.14 or earlier please uninstall Snagit, restart the computer, and install Snagit 2021.2.0 from here.
