Seeing a license error? These messages usually indicate a communication gap between your computer and our licensing servers. Use the diagnostic sections below to resolve the issue.
1. Quick Fix Checklist
- Refresh Your Session: Go to Help Sign Out, then sign back in to force a license refresh.
- Confirm Your Account: Sign in to the TechSmith Manage Portal to ensure your subscription is active.
- System Clock: Ensure your computer's date and time are set to "Automatic." If your clock is off by even a few minutes, verification will fail.
