You are seeing charges for both Camtasia Business and Camtasia Pro and are unsure why.
Explanation
Camtasia Business and Camtasia Pro are two different subscription plans that serve different purposes. If you are being charged for both, it usually means both subscriptions are active on your account.
- Camtasia Pro is an individual subscription designed for a single user.
- Camtasia Business is a business license typically managed by an organization for team use.
These plans do not replace or upgrade one another. Having one does not automatically cancel the other.
Note:
It is possible to have both subscriptions at the same time, but they are billed separately and provide different access and features.
Why This Happens
- You purchased Camtasia Pro individually and were later assigned a Camtasia Business license
- Your organization provided you with a Business license, but your personal subscription remains active
